How long will it take for my item to ship?

All items even handcrafted items will ship within one week of order.
We offer three shipping options
1) USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 4 - 9 business days for delivery 
2) USPS Priority Mail which includes delivery confirmation  and typically takes 2 - 4 business days
3) FEDEX Ground which typically takes 6-12 days   Express 3-5 days

What is your return policy?

Returns are not accepted on all custom and handmade orders,  you must contact us within 5 days for a refund on all other wedding toppers. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

We are happy to accept MasterCard and Visa. All Credit Card information is processed through paypal

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we will ship anywhere worldwide. Each country handles imported goods differently. You will be responsible for any custom or duty charges that may be applicable.
